● Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days from the date of purchase.

● Express delivery (if available) ensures delivery within 1–3 business days.

● Please note: Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

2. Shipping Charges

● Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

● A flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies for orders below ₹999.

● Express shipping fees (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.

3. Order Tracking

● Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and link will be sent to you via email/SMS.

● You can also track your order in the “My Orders” section of your LuxeBlush.in account.

4. Delivery Partners

We use reliable courier services including Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post, and Shiprocket to ensure timely and safe delivery.

5. Delayed or Missed Deliveries

● While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or courier issues.

● If a delivery attempt fails multiple times, the order will be returned to us. We’ll contact you to arrange a re-delivery or issue a refund.

6. International Shipping

● Currently, we do not deliver outside India.
